IMPORTANT NOTICE: EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
GDPR comes into force on 25 May 2018. It applies to all entities established in the EU regardless of the place of residence or the nationality of the “data subject” whose personal data such entities hold. It also applies to any non-EU established entity in relation to personal data held in relation to an EU data subject. This EU regulation therefore has global applicability
Consilient is a non-EU established entity. Our understanding of an EU data subject in relation to our obligations under GDPR is that a
data subject is a citizen of an EU state currently resident in the EU or any other national currently resident in the EU. Our understanding is that our obligations under GDPR do not apply to EU nationals living outside the EU. We use the term “our understanding” because despite the length of the regulation (it extends to 88 pages) it speaks only of “data subjects” and does not define an “EU data subject”

One of our services is the preparation of health insurance market study reports for market participants considering an entry into or an expansion in the region. The most popular countries at present are Oman and Bahrain, both of which will be launching mandatory health insurance in 2018.
We provide customised reports based upon whether the client is an insurer, reinsurer, broker or TPA and whether they are regional or international.
These are not "copy and paste" reports, a technique used by some consulting firms to maximize revenue from minimal effort.
We can provide you with customization to meet your needs and budget. Please click below to send us an enquiry.
